Using DramaSnap
These terms govern your use of DramaSnap operated by PT PIXELAND KREATIF INDONESIA, including its Android app, TikTok Mini App and service-information website https://tt.dramasnap.net. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you disagree, stop using it. You must meet the applicable minimum age and obtain a parent or guardian's agreement where legally needed.
Accounts and permitted use
Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. We grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use. Do not access other accounts, manipulate rewards or purchases, introduce malicious code, infringe rights, redistribute content or bypass access controls. Content is owned by or licensed to its rights holders.
Purchases and advertising
Available content may be free, paid or unlocked through optional rewarded advertising. Prices, coin quantities, unlock rules and material restrictions are shown before a purchase or reward action. Android purchases use Google Play billing when enabled; TikTok purchases follow TikTok's payment flow. Platform entitlements and virtual balances are not automatically interchangeable. Feature availability and ad rewards depend on the displayed conditions and verification.
Refunds and statutory rights
Refund and cancellation requests are handled under the relevant platform policies and applicable law. For Google Play purchases, use Google's refund request options or contact us with the order reference; do not send payment-card details. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights or promise a refund in every circumstance.
Changes and availability
Content and features may change because of licensing, platform, security or legal requirements. Availability is not guaranteed. Access may be restricted for material misuse or legal and security reasons. Material changes will be communicated where required. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
