Who we are and what this policy covers
PT PIXELAND KREATIF INDONESIA operates DramaSnap. This policy covers the DramaSnap apps and the service-information website at https://tt.dramasnap.net. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions. Third-party platforms also have their own privacy policies.
Information processed
Depending on the features you use, information may include account identifiers and email; authorized profile information; viewing progress, favourites, unlocks, language and rewards; purchase, refund and entitlement records; device and app information, IP address, diagnostics and security events; and information you send to support. We do not receive complete payment-card details from platform purchases.
Purposes and storage
We use information to provide accounts and content, remember progress, verify purchases and rewards, respond to requests, prevent fraud, maintain reliability and meet applicable obligations. Device storage may hold session and preference data. Where applicable, processing relies on providing the service, legitimate interests, legal obligations or consent. You may withdraw consent for consent-based processing.
Platforms and infrastructure
TikTok processes data for platform login, playback, payments and advertising where those features are used. BytePlus provides media delivery and Cloudflare R2 provides storage and delivery. DramaSnap uses api-id.dramasnap.net for its independent API, vod.dramasnap.net for TikTok media delivery and media-id.dramasnap.net for public media assets. Service providers may process information outside your country; applicable transfer safeguards and local rights remain relevant.
Google Play and AdMob features
When Google Play billing is enabled and used, Google processes payment information and provides purchase identifiers, product and transaction status used to verify access. When AdMob advertising is enabled, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process and share IP addresses, device and advertising identifiers, app interactions, diagnostics and other SDK data for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Privacy choices and consent controls apply where required. This description does not mean every feature is currently available in your app version.
Retention and security
Account and service records are retained while needed to provide the service. Transaction, fraud, dispute, accounting or legal records may require longer retention. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised, subject to applicable obligations and backup cycles. We use reasonable access and security controls; no transmission or storage system is absolutely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection, withdraw consent, or contact a regulator. Manage platform permissions and advertising choices in the relevant platform or device settings. Email [email protected] for requests; reasonable identity verification may be needed. Mandatory local rights remain unaffected.
Children and changes
The service is not intended for children under 13 or a higher applicable local minimum age. Contact us if a child has supplied information improperly. Policy updates will be posted with a revised date, with additional notice where required.
