Request account or data deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject “DramaSnap account deletion”. Identify whether your account is on Android or TikTok and provide the account email or account identifier available to you. You may also request deletion of particular personal data without deleting your account. Do not send your password or authentication tokens. We may request reasonable identity verification before processing.
Account deletion removes the account and associated profile, favourites and viewing-progress data that we no longer need. Access to the deleted account and its entitlements may be lost. Records required for payments, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations may be retained for the applicable period. Backup copies are removed through backup retention cycles. We will explain any applicable retention when responding to your request.
This page submits no automatic deletion request. Sending an email starts a support request; it does not confirm that deletion is complete. Deleting DramaSnap does not delete your Google or TikTok account. If you have a platform subscription, manage or cancel it separately through that platform; account deletion alone does not cancel a subscription.
